• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• During product launches, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

• Within India: 3–7 business days

• International Orders: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Free Shipping: Available on eligible orders as displayed during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged item(s)

• Photos of the packaging

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
